This bit's just for the team.
Set your name so the team can see who did what — replies, emails and stage changes all show "· your name" next to them.
Powers your new-lead alerts, the confirmation emails leads receive, and the emails you send from a lead's page.
Connect Calendly and booked calls land on the calendar here, with the lead marked Call booked automatically.
Optional. Shows leads' replies on each lead's card and keeps a copy in your Outlook. A free MailerSend account catches replies on a reply.trenex.tech subdomain — Resend keeps doing your sending, and your normal trenex.tech mail and Outlook are left untouched. Tap Setup guide for the exact steps. If you'd rather just get replies in Outlook, set "Replies go to" above and skip this.
The wording that goes out to leads. The built-in ones (enquiry + booking confirmations) are managed by the owner, but anyone can add their own templates to reuse when emailing a lead. Placeholders like {{firstName}}, {{algo}} and {{bookCallButton}} fill in per person, and every email carries your Trenex logo and branding.
Every CSV export includes your Google Ads data — the Google click IDs plus any campaign and UTM tags saved with each lead — so you can upload conversions back into Google Ads and see which ad brought each person in.
re_, shown once).trenex.tech) → add the DNS records it shows (SPF + DKIM).Trenex <enquiry@trenex.tech>.From vs. replies. enquiry@ can be send-only — it doesn't need to receive mail. Put a real inbox (e.g. info@trenex.tech) in Replies go to and every reply lands there, and the emails tell the reader that too. This is also better for staying out of spam.
Verify the domain (SPF + DKIM above), add a DMARC record (_dmarc.trenex.tech TXT: v=DMARC1; p=none; rua=mailto:info@trenex.tech), keep "from" on your own domain, and use a real reply address. Ask the first few leads to check spam and mark "not spam" — reputation builds quickly.
About a minute, and the free Calendly plan is fine.
Once saved, your booking link fills in on its own and the "Book a call" button on the website switches on.
Replies show on each lead's card and still land in your Outlook — nothing about your normal mail changes. Setup is one-time, about 10 minutes (mostly waiting on DNS).
How it works. Your trenex.tech mail points at Outlook, and mail can only go one place. So a free MailerSend account catches replies on its own subdomain — reply.trenex.tech — and hands them to this dashboard. Resend still sends your emails; MailerSend only receives. Your main domain and Outlook are left completely alone.
Which bit goes where (this is the confusing part): you never copy anything from MailerSend into this dashboard — there's no MailerSend key to paste back here. The only thing that travels is the webhook URL below, which goes the other way: from here → into MailerSend. The secret you generate in step 4 is the only credential, and it lives inside that URL.
So after your DNS records are in and the domain shows Verified, all that's left is: (a) generate the secret here, (b) paste the webhook URL into MailerSend's inbound route, (c) set "Replies go to" in Email sending. That's it — nothing else to fetch from MailerSend.
reply.trenex.tech.reply subdomain. None of this touches trenex.tech or Outlook.reply.trenex.tech domain → Inbound routing → Add inbound route.reply).https://yoursite.com/api/inbound?key=YOUR_SECRETYOUR_SECRET).leads@reply.trenex.tech (any name works, as long as it's the subdomain).info@trenex.tech) — that's where forwarded copies land.Done. A lead's reply → MailerSend catches it → shows on their card with a Replied badge and is forwarded to your Outlook. Reply from Outlook any time as a backup — it goes straight to the lead.
From your branded Trenex address — the reply comes back into this lead's conversation.
